Job Description

Searching for a new role where you can earn weekly pay If so, PMP Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity for you to start immediately as a full time Warehouse Operative for our client in Trentham, ST4 8GA.*Inductions will take place in Trentham and after 3 months you will be transferred to our client in Stafford, so you will need to be able to commute to both locations!*Pay rate £9.75 and overtime £14.63 per hour + PAID BREAKS £480 BONUS* paid after successfully completing the training programme*(£1 for each hour training in Trentham so £480 for 12 weeks full time training)GUARANTEED PREMIUMS paid on top of basic and overtime rates on hours worked evenings and weekends as below:

  • 20:00-06:00: + £2.44 per hour (Night Shift Rate already includes this)
  • Saturday: + £1.95 per hour
  • Sunday: + £4.88 per hour
Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:
  • Mornings: 06:00am until 14:00pm
  • Afternoons: 14:00pm until 22:00pm
You will either be working on a fixed or rotational shift, 5 days out of 7Day-to-day life as a Warehouse Operative:
  • To provide an excellent experience for customers
  • Working in a fast-paced and engaging environment
  • Picking and packing from racks or benches
  • Scanning and labelling items
Requirements:
  • Needs to be able to Travel to TD1 Trentham for shift start time.
  • Ability to use and understand the relevant technology
