Are you an accomplished Biopharmaceutical Production Manager Looking for a varied role with operational and technical responsibilitiesOur client, a multinational Biopharmaceutical CDMO, are looking for an Upstream Production Leader to ensure successful delivery of client projects. If your Senior Bioprocessing Scientist with some line management experience, then this could be the role for you!Your main responsibility will be the oversight of microbial fermentation and technical transfer contracts. You will be actively involved in all areas of production management including resource allocation, timeline maintenance and continuous improvement.This position will operate simultaneously alongside a Downstream Production Leader. You will manage relevant production streams through the organisation and mentorship of Scientists and Senior Scientists.To be considered for this opportunity, you must have line management experience of scientific professionals in a GMP biopharmaceutical environment.
