Fantastic training, Permanent roles, Progression & a competitive starting salary of £21000 plus quarterly bonusmaking an earning potential of 23400 per annum, we can also offer a 4 day working week.Responsibilities include: Speaking with customers on inbound and outbound lines to discuss their arrears circumstances and missed payments Ensuring the system is accurately updated after each call Discussing debt resolutions and affordable options with customers and setting up payment plans and direct debits Processing payments Ensure the company bad debt policy is followed and reported accordingly Delivering excellent service and supporting customers by showing empathy during difficult times Achieve individual and team KPIs Liaise and communicate with the relevant departments regarding the customers journeySkills required: Proven experience working in a fast paced customer driven role Work well under pressure and towards targets Resilient and confident negotiating with customers regarding their paymentsStart date: 9th January 2023Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £21,000.00 per yearBenefits:
