Tenancy Sustainment Officer (waking nights)£23,171 per annumStoke-on-TrentFull Time - 40 hours per weekPermanentThe roleYoull provide an efficient, responsive and holistic housing management service for customers living or moving into semi-independent or community homes. Youll make sure homes are secure, maintained and that customers feel safe and secure.Job requirements Making sure that all properties are secure at all times. Making regular property and health and safety inspections and reporting any issues to the relevant teams. Making sure that semi-independent properties (communal areas and grounds) are kept clean and safe. Maintaining tenancy conditions and making sure properties are maintained. Dealing with enquiries from tenants and members of the community. Reporting any repairs, maintenance, health and safety hazards, customer enquiries, tenancy issues, safeguarding or vulnerability.What our client is looking for Someone with a genuine understanding and compassion for people without a home, who wont judge but instead will empower customers and give them a voice. Experience of working in housing and/or dealing directly with the public/ customers in a busy service environment. Experience of dealing with complex behaviour. Good IT skills including Word and Excel. Great communication and problem-solving skills. Enhanced DBS check.
