Job Description

Telephony Engineer - Unify / Cisco / AvayaOur market leading client is urgently looking for an experienced Telephony Engineer to join their team based in Stoke-On-Trent, on a permanent basis. The Telephony Engineer will join a small to medium sized, close-knit team and will be required to travelbetween UK-based sites on occasion. All travel expenses will be covered, however the successful candidate must hold a valid UK Drivers Licence.The Telephony Engineer will have strong experience with Unify Hipath, Cisco and/or Avaya, Voice technologies, as well as Implementation and Project experience. The Telephony Engineer will ideally come from a 3rd Line Support and Call Centre background.You will be rewarded with an excellent salary, as well as a truly brilliant benefits package including 33 days Annual Leave, Pension Scheme (Matched up to a whopping 8%), Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance (4x Salary), further flexible benefits aswell as a Bonus of up to 10%!Telephony EngineerKey Skills:

  • Unifyideally Hipath
  • Cisco and/or Avaya
  • Voice technologies
  • Implementation experience
  • Project experience
  • Ideally from a 3rd Line Support and/or Call Centre background
  • Working knowledge of integrated and non-integrated VC systems
  • Knowledge of Cisco TMS/VCS/MCU Telepresence/SIP - Desirable
  • Experience of using tools such as Wireshark and other troubleshooting tolls - Desirable
