Job Description

***An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outgoing and confident telephonist to work for our public sector client located in Newcastle under Lyme***The successful person will provide support to a very busy department and will be responsible for receiving high volume calls to book appointments for patients. Applicants will need to have experience within a customer service/ receptionist role or similar.You will need to possess a professional and polite telephone manner and the ability to resolve queries in a accurate and timely manner, whilst adhering to data protection procedures.Candidate Requirements-

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Outgoing and positive attitude
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Good IT skills including MS Outlook and Excel
  • Previous receptionist or similar experience
  • Able to work well under pressure
This is a temporary ongoing role working part time hours on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week. 9:00AM-5:00pm. Rate of pay from £9.65PH.
