Job Description

Adecco are looking for a friendly and positive telephonist to work for our public sector client located in Newcastle under Lyme. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing individual to support an already busy team. You will need to possessexcellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner. The successful applicant will be responsible receiving high volumes of calls and booking appointments. Other tasks will involve data entry into spreadsheets and updating systems.Candidate requirements-

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate including MS packages
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Professional and polite manner
  • Able to adhere to procedures
This is a temporary ongoing role working either full or part time hours, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Rate of pay from £9.65ph.
