Job Description

HELP SAVE LIVES!Im working with a brilliant medical device company whos looking for someone to join their Manufacturing team in a role focused on Continuous Improvement.The role will be perfect for someone whos good at influencing others, problem solving and has a passion for improvement and efficiency, whether that be process improvement, automation, or CAPA projects.A background in medical device/pharma/clean room manufacturing is a plus but not essential.Key Responsibilities

  • Partner suppliers with Continuous Improvement Projects,
  • Identify areas where improvements and efficiencies can be gained,
  • Lead trials and testing, working collaboratively with external partners,
  • Be an ongoing Technical Support to suppliers, troubleshooting and providing consultative advice where necessary,
  • Work with internal R&D and NPD teams to identify areas for improvement,
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in essential, as is the ability to influence others to drive change and improvement,
