Job Description

Swedish Customer Service Advisor Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Location: Stoke-on-Trent, England (open to remote working up to 4 days per week)Are you a fluent Swedish speaker looking for an office-based position in the UKDo you have excellent customer service & people skillsDo you want to work for a reputable, global organisation We are currently recruiting a Swedish speaker to join this well-established company based in Stoke-on-Trent. You would be working within the Nordics Customer Service team, taking care of existing Swedish customers.You:

  • Fluent/native Swedish and very good English
  • Super-organised with excellent Excel skills
  • Some previous experience in a customer service environment (either office based or in retail)
  • Excellent communicator both over the phone and by email (you will mainly be taking care of customers in Sweden)
  • Some technical knowledge would be a bonus, but full training is provided
  • Looking for a long-term position in the UK
What you will be doing:
  • Provide a high level, friendly customer service to a variety of B2B and B2C customers in Sweden over the phone and by e-mail
  • Answering the phones, handling complaints, order-taking & administration
  • Give technical advice on products
  • Build long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Help create and maintain a positive, enjoyable office environment
