Together with your teams you will strive to achieve the productivity targets, initiate improvements, and have a good insightinto processes.You report directly to the Operations manager, and you lead an average of 1 to 5 Warehouse Team Leaders and indirectly 20 to 40 employees. The core activities consist of, among others Monitoring/controlling the execution of the logistic processes in relation to the daily and weekly planning. Distributing work, coaching and guiding employees and holding work meetings. Responsible for various personnel matters (staffing, absenteeism, training and performance); Providing management information on the basis of previously agreed targets/KPIs; Spotting, discussing and if possible solving disturbances in the logistic process.
