Job Description

As a Studio Supervisor, you will play a key role in the delivery of global sportsbook content and will be responsible for monitoring the performance of a set team, ensuring effective content delivery across all supported domains and languages.Studio are responsible for the scheduling, building and monitoring of our sports sites, ensuring that the content on display is of a high quality and localised for key territories. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals who are lookingto advance their career in one of the key areas of the business.You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a team of Team Leaders and Operators alongside expanding your knowledge and skills on a daily basis in an ever-evolving department. This role will suit candidates who can demonstrate core leadership skills, although relevant training will be provided on all aspects of the role, giving you the tools and knowledge to become an effective Supervisor. You will also be required to review Studiosystems, policy and processes to support the departments continued growth.This full time role involves working 5 days from 7 and shifts.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Systematic approach to performance management and staff development.
  • Knowledge of our Sports product.
  • Proven ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Sound decision making under pressure.
  • Wide-ranging sporting knowledge.
  • Capacity to manage numerous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and escalating issues across all areas of the department, providing regular updates to Management and other key stakeholders within the business.
  • Providing supervision and assistance to Team Leaders in their training and development of Operators, including the production of training documentation, banding progression and bonus reviews.
  • Assisting in the production of process and policy documentation.
  • Liaising with both external providers and other departments.
  • Maintaining the presentation of our Sports product to a very high standard.
  • Ensuring that all daily duties within the department are on-track and completed within designated timeframes.
  • Providing regular reports to Management on areas of responsibility, including training, testing and documentation.
