When made right, it can be a magical eating experience. Unfortunately, many pizza makers put profit over pizza and make lousy pizza that tastes terrible and doesn’t do your body any favors! At NKD Pizza we decided enough was enough! We knew deep down in our pizza-loving hearts we could make better pizza and we were right! We make our Pizza’s fresh, serve them fast and don’t sacrifice quality for speed, convenience or profit.We simply make and serve pizza in its purest, most natural, most naked form…a crust of 10 grains and seeds bound together with pure water, made by hand and baked for the right balance of crunch and chewiness. Our fresh sourced ingredients & signature recipes served by the kindest, friendliest employees is what keeps our customers content and coming back for more!As a General Manager you will join a dedicated team of professionals that add their own special ingredient of fun to the successful recipe that has been NKD for years! You are the leader of your busy store and because our restaurants are so popular it is important that you lead your team to meet customer demands and deliver amazing customer service in this quick fast food environment.It takes commitment, hard work and dedication to be a successful Manager but don’t be fooled, this doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and enjoy the benefits and rewards that this role brings. You are in charge of all aspects of the store including motivating, coaching and training your team, meeting sales and profitability targets, banking and finance duties, stock take and deliveries and most importantly ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service every time. Naturally this is a role that requires some previous catering / fast food / hospitality management experience but we will upskill you and ensure you are trained on all aspects of the role.
