Job Description

Our Office in a Box home-workingkit will be available for all who need it during your onboarding journey.Vodafone UK Business are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity, ensuring they are ready for today and the digital innovation of tomorrow.This role will provide Pre-Sales Technical Support to a team of SMB & Mid Market Desk Account Managers. The primary focus will be driving the team to support retention of existing converged services and the growth of converged revenue through future opportunity,ensuring the value of the account base is maintained. The Candidate should be comfortable with change and will ensure the customers needs and requirements are a priority at all times.What will you be doing

  • Choose, implement and deliver the best solutions/activities to give the required end results
  • Help to define the standards and procedures around which the SMB team will operate
  • Act as an advocate for solution sales in SMB and across the organization by ensuring proper landscaping, solution knowledge and sales
  • Responsibility for the quality of the tasks you perform
  • Identifying and delivering the best course of action based on analysis of the information given
  • Own self learning and development become and progress through the an accreditation stages as a Converged Technical Support Specialist
Who are we looking for
  • Excellent CXX and communication skills to bring consistent support to the team
  • Outstanding customer engagement skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Extensive experience of Converged Sales and a willingness to learn
  • An understanding of Unified Communications, Converged, Connectivity, Cloud & Hosting would be of benefit
  • A positive attitude with a pro activate willingness to learn
  • Ability to quickly understand customer needs and to prioritise tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and the maintenance of existing revenues
