Job Description

Software Development Manager Stoke-on-Trent (hybrid) - £70,000-£80,000 + Bonus A software development manager is sought after by a market leading business with a passion for building relationships founded on trust and communication and is at the very heart of everything they do. The successful software development manager will be joininga global company, but with a culture that is united and truly collaborative.The software development manager will be tasked managing the development team, QA team, and guide the direction of multiply million-dollar projects whilst collaborating with the UK and US based development teams.Ideal skillset of the Software Development Manager

  • Commercial experience in a similar position of ready to take the step up
  • Skilled on providing coaching, mentoring and support on both technical and non-technical issues
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience overseeing software development projects
