From server and storage advice to e-security, network installs and VOIP telephone systems, they cover a huge section of technicalground.About the Service Delivery Manager role:This hybrid role will involve consulting with customers on delivering their agreed contract works. Customers expect an exceptional service so it is vital that applicants have a keen eye for detail and maintain consistently high standards.You will be responsible for working with the scheduling coordinator to ensure that the contract is delivered on time and within budget.Your role will include determining the best installation team (Internal or sub-contracted) to deliver the project, liaising with customers, colleagues, and contractors to ensure operations run smoothly. As such, you will display great communication skillsand flourish working in a team environment.Attending large project sites before, during and post-installation is all part of the service offered by our client.The ideal candidate:Our client is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who has worked in a similar role, providing you with the following skills and experiences:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Driven to achieving excellent customer service
  • Experience in building and managing order managers, processes, and systems
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of provisioning Ethernet, Data Centre connectivity, SD-WAN preferred
