Senior IT Manager - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshireto £65,000Leading legal and professional services business have a fantastic opportunity for a business focused Senior IT Manager with demonstrable people management experience within a Data Centre production or Operations position, previous experience of working ina business that has gone through significant growth and supporting the maturing of a technology function and can show demonstrable experience supporting high-capacity, high-availability, business-critical applications, and services. You will be required todeliver quality services in compliance with service agreements and performance targets, have practical experience of implementing and employing the principles of the ITIL Service Management framework and its complimentary quality standard ISO/IEC 20000/27001and have experience of project management of Data Centre, Network migrations and Application Technology implementations / upgrades / migrations.As an IT Manager you will be involved in managing a variety of different technology projects in infrastructure, data, applications and service and be responsible for producing regular project highlight reports to the appropriate management structure, managepart of the technology team, conduct performance appraisals, identify opportunities for improvement and coach and mentor as required by supporting a framework for staff learning and development.
