Job Description

Were recruiting on behalf of an established luxury gifts and lifestyle brand that supplies tableware and giftware into some of the most prestigious retailers around the world.The role offers a generous basic of up to £25k, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and no weekend work! As an E-Commerce Executive, youll support the continued growth of their online retail presence across multiple websites & product ranges. Youll also take ownership of online customer service enquiries, returns, and complaints, ensuring they are dealt within a professional, positive, and efficient manner.As an E-Commerce Executive youll:

  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and issues
  • Assist customers placing orders online or via the telephone
  • Ensure products are live and correct across retail and B2B websites sites
  • Manage back-orders, ensuring that the production team are aware of product lead times
  • Merchandise product categories to ensure the page flow is compelling and optimised for sales
  • Supporting other areas of the business including production, marketing and sales
What youll need:
  • Experience working within a customer-focused role, resolving customer issues and queries
    • Good planning and organisation skills
    • IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • A Can-do attitude with a willingness to muck-in and support other departments when needed
