Job Description

As a Senior Creative Coordinator, you will be required to oversee a team of Sub Editors responsible for writing and publishing content to promote our Gaming products.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, be very organised and possess the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.You will mainly be responsible for managing the workload of one of our Gaming products, either Casino, Games, Poker or Bingo and delegate work to Sub Editors within your team where required. You will provide clear and concise feedback when work is submittedto you for approval, ensuring all creative content produced not only adheres to agreed deadlines, but meets the high standards set out by the Company.You will also be required to undertake ad hoc tasks from the Design and Publishing management team, overseeing the training and development of new and existing Sub Editors,suggesting innovative ideas to improve existing processes.This role is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working from home policy.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and master new tasks quickly.
  • Ability to proof read content to a high standard.
  • Experience in working quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with multiple demands at once and adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • A degree in English, Journalism or other similar discipline is advantageous but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Design and Publishing management team, ensuring all promotional content is of a high standard and adheres to the source department brief, Company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing the training and development of new and existing staff.
  • Reviewing all bet365 Gaming sites ensuring all content is accurate.
  • Producing communications in the form of emails and web messages.
  • Liaising with source departments including Gaming, Affiliates and Social Media, to negotiate deadlines and finalise the details of requests.
  • Seeking ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keeping department documents within the Knowledgebase up to date.
