Job Description

As a Senior Content Management Analyst you will be responsible for leading high-profile interactive website projects across our Casino, Bingo, Games and Poker products.Leading a multi-disciplinary team within the Design and Publishing department, you will be responsible for the development and creation of data-driven web page elements, and implementation of new ideas and solutions to our product suite.You will be able to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with teams and individuals at all levels, with a proactive approach to motivate and inspire the team to produce dynamic, engaging content for high-profile Gaming offers. A good eyefor detail and the ability to adapt to changing requirements are key, as is monitoring and reporting on project progress to the Design and Publishing Manager.You will liaise with our CRM, Management Information Systems, Gaming Product Development and Web Design teams, managing expectations and pulling together all parts of the project to keep to strict deadlines. You will have involvement in every step of theprocess from conception through to delivery, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and generating innovative new ideas.Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience of leading a project lifecycle, from planning, testing, delivering, issue and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong collaborative and positive relationships with a board range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation skills and effective time management skills.
  • Knowledge of current web design trends, technologies and methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and data manipulation would be a distinct advantage.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with a transparent and resilient approach.
  • Familiarity with Gaming promotions and offer mechanics.
  • Sports knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Willingness to contribute new ideas to improve products and processes.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Being responsible for the delivery of customer-facing interactive media projects.
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects and monitoring their progress.
  • Liaising with internal departments to establish project scope and requirements and negotiating project deadlines or features.
  • Allocating team resources and ensuring viability of agreed tasks.
  • Supporting team members with technical and functional queries and issues.
  • Keeping up to date with current web technologies, practices and trends whilst adopting these into team practices and projects.
  • Advancing capabilities of interactive web elements by continuously reviewing and updating procedures whilst integrating with our existing codebase.
  • Being aware of changes to internal practices, disseminating relevant changes to team members.
