Second Line SupportHybrid Our client is looking for a Second Line Support to join their team based near Stoke-On-Trent, on a permanent basis. You will log and manage the lifecycle of Incidents and Service Requests whilst ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive updates andescalation where a first line fix is not possible.
