Job Description

School Administrators required - North Staffordshire

Academics have seen a significant increase in the requests for school office support within our primary schools across North Staffordshire area. As a result we are looking for office staff that have proven experience of working in a similar school environmentto be available for the New Academic yearThe roles can be both full or part time and will vary in length of contract. Some of the roles have even gone permanent for the right candidate. Ideally you will have previous experience within a similar school setting and have knowledge of SIMS and schoolpolicies.The role will involve
  • General administration duties,
  • Updating records
  • Reception duties dealing with incoming calls to the school
  • Front of house duties
  • SIMs data input
  • Dealing with Children and parent queries
  • Dealing with outside agencies
Required Skills
  • Administration skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • SIMS experience or similar schools based system
