Join us as a Scheduling Administrator!Join our fun, fast-paced office as an Area Deployment Centre Administrator (Scheduling Administrator)! If you enjoy organising others and have a great telephone manner, youll be a great fit for our team apply today!Location: Fenton, Stoke On TrentWhat is the salary and hours Hours will likely be between 8.30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.   • Completion of administration duties to support the Deployment Centre Supervisor
  • Ensuring compliance on all documentation
  • Strategic planning
  • Provide help and support to customers
  • Ensure the efficient running of the network scheduling system
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers, Technicians and the Deployment Centre Supervisor
  • Liaise closely through clear and timely communication with external customers, technicians and field management
