They have a great reputation within their industry and a large portfolio of innovative products. You will contribute to the ongoing success of thecompany and progression opportunities are readily available.The role would suit candidates with previous sales and key account management experience. You must have a strong understanding of working alongside manufacturing. Previous experience of working with OEM, ceramic and/or modular manufacturing, sanitary orbathrooms markets will have a considerable advantage. You will have a proven track record of driving sales and contributing to company growth. Applicants must have a general understanding of NPI and NPD processes within a manufacturing environment and understandthe complexities of production/getting products to market. Sales Managers with a CIM qualification will have a considerable advantage.The key functions of this role as Sales Manager will be to retain existing customer base and take ownership of sales strategies for developing new business/expanding customer base within the modular (POD) and ceramic sanitary manufacturing markets. You willbe predominantly key account management focused and build in business development plans and customer relationship mapping in time. You will be integral in contract negotiations, and you will monitor current and predict upcoming market trends and competitoractivity within this market.This is a varied role with a high level of responsibility within an exciting phase of company growth. You will be integral to shape and scope the companys success in this market moving forward.
