Sales AdviserLocation: Stoke-on-TrentSalary: £20,592 basic salary plus UNLIMITED COMMISSIONHours: Monday to Sunday - Shifts Between 8am - 8pm37.5hrs per weekAshley James Group is working with a renowned market leader in the telecoms sector. We work in a fun, dynamic environment with a culture that focuseson our customers.What will you be doing We are hiring for positions in our voice and webchat channels where you would be in charge of determining the needs of both new and existing customers and choosing the best course of action for resolution, putting the customer first, delivering commercial KPIswithin our award-winning Telesales and Retention estate, and enhancing our online presence. Using solution-based selling and providing goods and services that satisfy the demands of the customer, employees should view every connection with their clients asa chance to improve revenue and customer satisfaction. increasing and diversifying our consumer base.You will be an important member of the retention team, therefore we need someone who can keep up with the fast-paced workplace and always keeps the client in mind. Resilience is essential in this fast-paced position since youll need to be capable of bouncingback from minor setbacks and be driven for your next customer. Even though it would be ideal, sales experience is not required because training can be provided.Role Accountabilities; Building rapport on the phone or through an online conversation platform whilst ensuring security compliance is met Finding product solutions based on establishing customer needs; achieving key KPIs Offering outstanding service to drive great customer satisfaction shown in CSAT measure Utilise tools and processes (including prepared responses) appropriately. Strive to meet defined metrics for productivity, quality, and customer experience. Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision.
