Job Description

We have an exciting new vacancy to join this small family business as a Sales Administrator. This newly created role of Sales Administrator will have various duties and has excellent scope for development. Working within this manufacturing business andsupporting a small sales team this role will play an integral part within the business.This Sales Administrator role could ideally suit a graduate or an individual with a few years of experience within a similar role.Duties of the Sales Administrator include:* Raising sales requisitions* Liaising with supply chain (international and UK based) to confirm lead times and prices* Converting international currency* Processing sales orders* Supporting the sales team* Dealing with all associated sales paperwork* Entering stock codes onto the systemCandidate Requirements:* Previous Sales Administrator experience* Microsoft Office skills* Good organisational skills* Process-driven* Able to prioritise workload* Enthusiastic* Would be advantageous with someone who has used SAGEThis role is commutable from Hanley, Newcastle, Stoke on Trent, Tunstall.Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pmSalary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
