Job Description

Sales AdministratorAre you a confident Sales or Commercial AdministratorAre you looking for a new challenge within a business that offers consistent support, training and career progressionIf so, H2 Consultancy are supporting with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator for an award-winning UKmanufacturer based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent.This business continues to offer quality products and design options and currently ship their products to over 100 countries across the globe. They are committed to offering the best functionality, design and innovative solutions within their sector, whilstcommitting to continually minimise their effect on the environment.Reporting into the Commercial Director and working closely with the Sales Coordinator you will be a key part of the fast paces sales and customer service team. You will be supporting to develop and grow the business by providing internal sales support anda first-class customer service to both prospective and existing customers.This role offers an early finish on a Friday and a guaranteed salary increase to £23.5k after 6 months, and the business continues to invest heavily in its people by offering an incredible benefits package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasedpension contributions, life assurance and support with healthcare, dental and eyewear costs.Therefore, this is an opportunity you will not want to miss!Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • To prepare quotations for customers as required.
  • Support sales preparation for meetings, including PowerPoint presentations on occasion.
  • Project manage custom and high-profile accounts.
  • Place orders with the factory, following through with key personnel to achieve deadlines and providing constant updates.
  • To understand the budget and strategy/business plan and implement structure and processes to support the plan and growth.
  • To establish and monitor a Customer Relationship Management system that tracks all the key accounts.
  • To work in close co-operation with the Business Development Director for the UK & Rest of World, to ensure there is a coordinated and seamless contact strategy with our key customer & distributor base.
  • To have a sound understanding of the costing model for both Retail and Commercial customers.
Experience Required
  • 2 years commercial or retail experience within the UK and Europe
  • An understanding of cost methodology and full induction on custom decorated products
  • A working knowledge of ERP and other sales analysis tools.
  • Excellent PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
