Job Description

This position is a Registered Manager Role based in a 2 bed EBD Home, in Norton, Stoke-on-Trent. The position is a 1 year temporary contract.Alternatively, this role can be offered on a permanent basis if you are able to work a 5:2 shift pattern with an hourly rate of £12.20 to £13.20 (dependant on experience) plus sleep-in payment.5:2 shift pattern:Paid an hourly rate for hours worked, work 5 shifts one week and 2 the next as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday (followed by a sleep as and when required) Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday (followed by a sleep as and when required)Requirements:

  • Have experience of managing a registration under Ofsted within a Childrens Home.
  • Hold a Diploma level 5 in leadership & management or the NVQ equivalent Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification.
  • Have supervisory experience within a Residential Childrens Home (i.e. Team Leader/Deputy Manager level).
  • A driver and have access to your own vehicle
  • Salary:£28,500 - £37,500 - Salary dependant on experience and inspection record.Benefits:
