Job Description

Registered Manager - Residential Childrens Home - 1yr Contract with a view to going permanent£28,500 - £37,500 DOE plus additional benefitsOff-shift Rota (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm)Job Role:The successful Register Manager will:

  • Have at least 4 years experience working within a residential childrens home environment with at least 2 of these at senior/deputy level.
  • The ability to successfully work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Always have the best interest of the children at the forefront of everything they do.

  • Whats Required from you as a Registered Manager:
  • You must currently hold a minimum of must hold a Level 3 Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification (or equivalent), and be willing to work towards a Level 5.
  • It is essential that you hold a full valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle. We will not be able to consider an applicants who do not have this.
  • Ideal candidates must have experience of registration under Ofsted within a Childrens home as well as a fantastic inspection record.
