Job Description

***Required: A new Service Manager to work for my client***If youve got a background in managing a learning disability service as a Deputy or as a Service Manager, then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.Interested Then read on...Tell me more about the role...You will be primarily responsible for overseeing community & outreach services across Stoke and Newcastle Under Lyme.Youll line manage Team Leaders who are responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the services and you will be tasked with the following:

  • Recruiting, managing and developing staff
  • Ensuring the safety and support of service users
  • Ensuring that standards and records are achieved
  • Lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of the clients care plans to include liaising with the appropriate external professionals, agencies, and families
What experience do I needMy client wants someone whos got experience as a Registered Manager of domiciliary, supported living, residential services for learning disabilities, or outreach.Or you will be a Deputy or Service Manager looking for the next step up.
