An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company who specialise in biometric access control systems and security as Regional Operations Manager for their UK division. A competitive salary of c£50k is on offer with an annual performance relatedbonus of a further £5k per annum. You will benefit from an executive level company car as well as excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.To be successful for this role you will have previous experience managing an external field service team. A background in security and specifically CCTV, Biometrics or intruder alarms is beneficial however not essential. If you have a technical backgroundin engineering or electronics that would be preferable. To fit in with the team you will be committed to offering clients excellent customer service as well as driven to meet the performance objectives of the company. You will be dynamic in your approach andbe able to motivate and mentor your team. Excellent communication skills as well as proven experience of managing a team are a must.
