A successful candidate will be tasked with travelling around the region to customer sitesand providing the setup and management of new sites.   • The Setting up of new Smart Service business and none full time FUCHS Smart Service sites, including liaising with the customer on all levels (Shop floor-Senior Management).
  • Responsible for coordinating & supervising new employees
  • To learn all site duties to ensure a smooth transition to Smart Services & train new starters
  • Working to RAMS & following strict H&S procedures on site.
  • Understanding customer requirements
  • To maximise the value of any new business
  • To manage and identify product conversions
  • Understanding contracts.
  • Providing a high level of customer service including relationship building
  • Chair monthly review meetings & minute.
  • Scheduling of contracted work in the contract
  • Surveys & set up of schedule.
  • Training personnel on customer sites (Coolant, Lubricants, Viscosity checks, Cleanliness checks, Health & Safety, IT Excel spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, 5S standard) etc.
  • Setting up of trials for product change from tier 2 to alternatives
  • Ordering of equipment, to Include formal quotations.
  • Organize & supervise contractors to site to service equipment.
  • Waste streams and their impact
  • Interview new employees
  • Stocks and ordering of product
About You;
  • Experience within an Operations/Senior Management role previously.
  • Experience setting up CPMs.
  • Site management experience.
  • Experience setting up 5S Standards.
  • Installation & Commissioning of equipment experience.
  • IOSH Qualified.
  • Requirements to travel frequently to various customer sites.
