Job Description

Recruitment ResourcerSalary: £20,000 to £23,000 plus uncapped bonus, £28k OTEWorking hours - 08.30 - 17.30 Monday to FridayLocation: Genesis Centre Innovation Way, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 4BFThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked or enjoys working in a fast paced office enviroment.You will get to manage all aspects of recruitment, from advertising current vacancies on the internal/ external websites and social media to screening CVs, Pre Screening candidates and organizing interviews. In addition to this, youll play a part in thewider talent attraction agenda across the Servoca Nursing and Care Group.Key day-to-day duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing and selection of candidates - conduct pre-screening
  • Building and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research and referrals.
  • Conduct telephone and face to face interviews when appropriate
  • Create and amend job advertisements on the company website as well as external job boards
  • Organise interviews between applicants and hiring managers
  • Attending Jobs fairs and other recruitment days
  • Ensuring vacancy approval processes are followed, maintaining, and updating all admin records and ATS.
To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need:
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Great communication skills and a proven track record of building relationships
  • Ideally come from an administrative / office background.
  • A desire for development and career progression
