Recruitment Administrator£12.00 Per HourMonday to Friday, 9AM5PMTemporary Fixed-Term ContractFenton, Stoke-on-TrentKPI Recruiting are currently supporting a prestigious client based in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent. In a brilliant area with great public transport links for those that dont have access to their own vehicle.With brilliant working hours and flexibility to work hybrid or whichever way you find you are most productive.As a Recruitment Administrator, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. It is imperative that you are proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel as part of your role will involve keeping the in-house system up to date on a daily basis whilst reporting intothe Recruitment Manager.Tasks are varied and based on the business requirements due to exponential growthsome of the key responsibilities include:

  • Refreshing Job Adverts.
  • Interviewing and selection of candidates.
  • Checking Right To Work documents of new starters.
  • Keeping the in-house recruitment system up to date.
  • Ensuringa smooth on-boarding process for all new starters.
  • Sourcing candidates through Social Media.
We are looking for candidates who possess a can do attitude and who can demonstrate the following skills:
  • Previous administrative and customer services experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive in nature and forward thinking.
  • Being proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable lone working
