Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll work as part of a small team performing inspections of bespoke manufactured products and components consisting of small to large fabricated/cast iron assemblies, machined components, and a wide range of spares items.What you’ll do:

  • Inspection of parts dimensionally using Vernier Callipers, Micrometers and Gauges
  • First-off inspection of parts in production
  • Read and use engineering drawings to thoroughly and precisely inspect parts.
  • Producing First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
  • Identifying and reporting on any repeating quality concerns.
  • Maintenance of inspection records.
    • What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience in a Quality Inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing / engineering environment.
  • The ability to read & interpret engineering drawings.
  • A can do attitude
