Job Description

Enjoy a career as a valued and supported member of the team when you join The Woodhouse in Cheadle as a Quality Compliance Manager.Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining confidential audits, quality and compliance records, ensuring all policies and procedures are compliant and are within their renewal dates.As a senior member of the team, you will review local policies, produce action plans, attend local governance and RMCG meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as you create and present contracts for the NHS, PCA visits, action plans andElysium Healthcare Board Information.Acting as the Complaints Administrator, you identify recurring complaints themes, areas for improvement and undergo investigations, incidents and disciplinary, including Root Cause Analysis.You will be provided training as you become a superuser for IT systems, including Carenotes, Quinyx, IRIS 2 and dashboard reports, and will deliver training to your peers.Other responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for CQC visits and PCA visits
  • Ensure updated guidance on Information is shared with the staff team, to be available for advice on Information Governance, to act as a gatekeeper for access to the folders on the shared drive and to ensure that the risks of data breaches are minimised
  • Alongside the Hospital Director complete the monthly Ward to Board narrative and action plan.
  • Sign off for incidents recorded on IRIS 2
To be successful in this role, youll need:
  • Computer literate for Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended November 2007), the Mental Capacity Act and the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
  • Experience in data collection, management and analysis
  • Demonstrable experience in administration/office systems
