Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Compliance Coordinator to join our Quality assurance team from our head office Based within the QA department, looking after product inspection reports, technical files/certification, specifications, data sheets, samples, and test reports.This is an administration focused role. Helping our business deliver items correctly, with the right specifications and quality standards.The tasks carried out within this role include checking inspection reports, checking certification is in order, checking products conform to legislative requirements both in the UK and across the EU.This is a Permanent role with the opportunity to work 3 days hybrid and 2 from our head officeSalary 23-25kResponsibilities and Duties

  • Checking inspections - reviewing daily reports from our inspection companies to ensure goods meet the requirements of the order, product specification and quality standards before releasing containers for shipment.
  • Technical files/Certification - Checking and maintaining the product technical files and certification in line with current UK & EU legislation. Monitoring for upcoming changes in regulations and directives. Completing documentation whererequired for in-house and customer records.
  • Specifications & Check sheets - Reviewing product sample assessment forms to ensure product specifications and technical details are correct in preparation for sample testing.
  • Samples & Test Reports - Reviewing samples and test reports to verify correct completion and standards required by RKW and our customers.
TrainingTraining will be given. We are looking for someone that is keen to learn and develop within the role.Skills

  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of project management
  • Knowledge of various quality system methodologies preferred
  • Be able to function independently of direct supervision
  • Must be willing and able to work under pressure as needed
  • Work within the team, supporting other department needs as and when required
  • Knowledge of UKCA & CE marking directives and regulations along with local requirements and regulations across the UK and Europe are also beneficial
