Job Description

Quality and Performance ManagerLocation: Stoke, Stoke-on-TrentSalary: £30,000 pro ratadHours: 25 hours per weekContract Type: PermanentAll applications by Monday 08 February 2021We’re looking for a Quality and Performance Manager to drive service improvement across Honeycomb Group’s Concrete, Glow and Revival brands. You’ll manage a small team and work alongside the Head of Quality and Performance to review all service processes and procedures, as well as embedding service projects, mobilisations and quality audits.Job requirements:

  • You’ll need experience managing multiple projects and conflicting deadlines, with a project management qualification like Prince 2 desirable.
  • Experience of collecting, analysing and presenting data to evidence service quality.
  • Confident producing and maintaining procedures and process maps, reports and presentations.
  • Have people management experience and be able to motivate and manage a small team, making sure the team work effectively across the Group.
  • An advanced understanding of ICT including case management systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with teams across the organisation
  • Understanding of data protection and how to deal with sensitive information
  • Someone who is empathetic and understanding of our diverse customer groups, and passionate about creating the best possible service for these people.
  • Experience of working in the charitable sector is an advantage but not essential
