Our client is seeking a passionate and excellent communicator to join their team basedout of their Hanley office.The Project Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Office Manager and the role will be advising customers of their specific requirements, also managing, and advancing quotes and orders. We are seeking an individual with a can do attitude, anda keen eye for detail and accuracy. Teamwork is essential in this position and the Project Sales Coordinator must have the ability to work to challenging deadlines with support, as well as under their own initiative.Other responsibilities will include: * Generate quotations and process orders accurately and in a timely manner* The Project Sales Coordinator will work closely with relevant departments to ensure Projects requirements are met and prioritising where appropriate* Ensure CRM and ERP systems are accurately updated and maintained* As the Project Sales Coordinator, they will liaise directly with clients to ensure project requirements are met within the specified time frame* Work closely with the internal and external sales team to ensure customer focus is a priority and KPIs are met* The Project Sales Coordinator must maintain excellent customer relationships with an expanding customer base, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction are achieved* Develop a good technical understanding across the client portfolio to develop cross-selling opportunities where they exist* As a Project Coordinator you will use external project tracking leads such as ABI to find future work and follow through with the appropriate external sales manager as appropriate* You will be responsible for prioritising your own work in accordance with department needs* As a Project Sales Coordinator, you will produce clear and concise reports required to address issues with sites in order to assist in further improvements in customer service and monitoringCandidate Requirements: * Proven experience working in a Project/ Sales Coordinator role* Confident in building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders of all levels* Ability to multi-task in a busy and demanding environment and confident in prioritising workload* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Excel* Strong English and Maths skills Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm or 8:30 am - 4:30 pmSalary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE per AnnumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
