Do you have experience of leading production teams of 40+ We are recruiting for aProduction Team Leaderto join a leading manufacturer supplying the hospitality industry based in Stoke on Trent.This is afull time, permanentrole based in Stoke on Trent working MondayFriday on a rotating shift pattern (6am2pm/ 2pm10pm) paying £11.67 per hour plus shift allowance of £32 per week on 2pm10pm shift (£23-25k per annum). Excellent benefitsinclude 33 days holiday, 8% pension, healthcare, reward and recognition schemes and more!As a Production Team Leader you will be leading a team of up to 50 operatives working within the Flat Shop and Dish Cell departments where you will be developing the team, managing individuals performances, and holding training reviews. You will be responsiblefor monitoring all production, labour targets and company standards, recording all production counts and faults and liaising with other departments to highlight any issues as early as possible, when a manager is not available.You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with management, peers, colleagues, and key customers in the interests of fostering trust and open communication and the achievement of business objectives.Other duties will include control of all materials, production targets, work instructions, training records, dissection reports, risk assessments and Kamishibai audits. We are keen to hear from applicants with experience of leading large production teams of 40+ operators, with the ability to coach and motivate these teams whilst achieving targets within timescales and quality standard.
