Do you havea background in electrical and metal item productionWe are currently recruiting for a Production Manager to join a leading supplier of pottery and craft materials. Package includes MondayFriday hours, free parking, generous pension, andstaff discounts!This is a full-time permanent role working MondayFriday 8am4pm on a salary of £28,000-£32,000 per annum based in Stoke on Trent.As Production Manager, you will bemanaging a small team of Operators (8 in total). You will be responsible for the production and packing of products to a high standard, stock control, ordering raw materials and working toquantity and quality targets.The role will involve stock takes, operation ofnon automated production machinery, assisting maintenance technicians with any repairs including diagnosing maintenance related issues, and participate in projects to improve efficiency and/ or reduce costs.We are keen to hear from applicants who have experience of electrical and metal item production.Good IT skillsare required to produce reports and keep records up to date in line with company policies. You will be able to work under pressure, whilst motivatingyour team with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow and develop.
