Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Physio Assistant on Ward 7, Harplands Hospital. A dynamic ward specialising in complex mental health needs. The Ward has a full MDT which strives to deliver high quality compassionate care that promotes independence and recovery for people with Mental Health needs.Our Trust is on an incredible journey of innovation and we’d like you to be part of it. The CPD offer includes the option to rotate within the Trust to widen your breadth of experience, skills and knowledge.On joining the Trust you will have access to our Preceptorship Programme to enable a smooth transition into your new role.You will be able to demonstrate excellent assessment and risk management plans, be able to demonstrate your ability to work as a team player, promote the rights of individuals to receive care that addresses their need in the community. Therefore, good communication skills are essential to the role, the role demands the ability to problem solve and find creative means of addressing individual’s needs.
