Committed to offering the best functionality, designand innovative solutions within their specialist sector, whilst committing to continually minimise their effect on the environment.This is an opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join a thriving, successful and growing business and take the payroll process to the next level.Reporting into the HR Director you will be a key part of the HR Team, managing the payroll for 800 weekly and monthly employees whilst driving forward and establishing process improvement.Investing heavily in its people this business offers an incredible benefits package including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increased pension contributions, life assurance and support with healthcare, dental and eyewear costs!What we need from you

  • Ensuring all weekly and monthly staff are paid accurately and in full, enabling all amendments as required.
  • Production and analysis of monthly reports.
  • Process transformation, including excel reporting and full utilisation of current payroll systems.
  • Line management of Payroll Administrator.
  • Minimum 3 years working within a similar role.
  • Level 5 CIPP qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong and confident Excel user.
