Excellent Basic + BenefitsDue to significant and sustained growth at our Stoke On Trent operation for both Renault Trucks and Isuzu Trucks, we are looking to appoint a proven and experienced Parts Supervisor to join our excellent Aftersales Team.Working in our busy Parts Department the role serves retail customers on-site and on the telephone and serves our own on-site workshop. You will be responsible for stock management, ordering and replenishment along with general Parts Department duties.Previous experience in a similar Motor Trade Parts Department role is essential together with a keen ability to understand the customers requirements and develop long term relationships.You will be a good communicator with excellent computer skills, able to work both as part of the team and using your own initiative to support the site and business.
