Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join them in Tunstall, on a fixed term contract for 12 months covering maternity. The ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience, a friendly personality and the ability to workwell within a team.Duties include but not limited to:

  • Payroll processing including BACS payments.
  • SMP/SSP.
  • Collating and inputting of payroll information (e.g., overtime)
  • Administration duties.
  • Updating the time and attendance system.
  • Processing monthly expenses.
  • Booking occupational health clinics.
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience of running monthly payrolls is essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Able to deal with payroll queries.
  • Friendly personality, able to work in a team environment.
Salary:
  • £13,000 per annum (21 hours per week)
