Job Description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door company based in Stoke. They are looking to recruit an experienced window and door order processor to join their team. The right candidate will have current or recent experienceorder processing windows and doors on software such as Window Designer, Logikal or similar software.The role:

  • 1st look at surveys, input ready for them to be checked and process job orders.
  • Stock Orders/ checks
  • Getting quotes from suppliers for stock & parts for manufacture
  • Assist with Trade processing
  • Chasing late/ missing deliveries
  • Gathering information for quotes for jobs/ leads
  • Assist with Admin duties as required around the contract flow from start to finish
The candidate:
  • Must have experience using either Logikal, window designer, evolution, order processing systems
  • Has current or recent experience order processing windows and doors is a must
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage own workload
  • Good communication and customer service experience
  • Must currently reside in the UK
