Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Order Processor to join our client based in Stoke-on-Trent on a temporary basis for 3 months.Job Type: Temporary positionLocation: Stoke on Trent, office basedSalary:£10.07 per hour Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pmThe main purpose of this role is to process all customer orders accurately and in a timely fashion and to ensure that all customer orders are acknowledged correctly.Duties will include:

  • Process customer orders/ quotations/ amendments
  • Check colleagues processed orders and send acknowledgements.
  • Contact customers regarding queries on orders and file relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure records are maintained.
  • Dealing with customer queries/ complaints via telephone and email
The successful candidate must have
  • Previous experience of working in an order processing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on your own but also as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Good MS Office skills and previous experience of using in house databases.
**This is an office-based position and does not offer hybrid working**
