Operations Manager - Housing ServicesStoke on Trent£36,000 per annum plus benefitsFull Time, Permanent 37.5 hours per weekHere at Concrete we’re making homelessness history, it’s a big statement, but we’re not alone in achieving it. Our new service will work in partnership with local organisations Adullam Homes, North Staffs Mind, Changes Health and Wellbeing and Walk Ministries to deliver a 24/7 support service that helps our customers not just survive, but thrive in their homes through a bespoke, seamless, long-term recovery solution to tackle the underlying issues of homelessness.We’re looking for an Operations Manager to head up our housing related support services across Stoke-on-Trent.You will be responsible for a team of leaders across a range of functions. You’ll support, manage and develop them as well as monitoring the overall performance of the teams to make sure to provide the very best service with great customer engagement that meets all service, legal and health and safety requirements.You wont just scratch the surface and instead you’ll need to make sure that your teams ensure every customers voice is heard and understood as well as making sure they work flexibly around the needs of the customer and service needs.You’ll be an ambassador for Concrete by promoting and representing the service and brand to commissioners, the community, the sector and with partner organisations. With the ability to establish great working partnerships with all partners and stakeholders.We’re looking for someone with 12 months experience of managing team leaders across multiple sites for community services or housing support.
