Job Description

Do you have a keen eye for detail and great communication skillsThrive on supporting your teams to succeedAmbitious and computer literateThis role will provide you with valuable development and progression opportunities within our Operations Team.Purpose of the role:

  • You will be supporting our business within the Operations department, owning key functions such as: -
  • Managing activities end-to-end operationally, ensuring the best possible tools for our field teams to attain quality results for our clients.
  • Liaise with designated Account Managers, to maintain an understanding of tasks and key objectives for our key clients.
  • Proofread & develop field guides and surveys for our field teams.
  • Maintain strong communication with our teams through our communication platform Blink.
  • Provide Quality Assurance on your campaigns to ensure compliancy for our clients.
  • Monitor field bookings and regularly report progress to your Account Manager
  • Work comfortably with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Work within our Operations Team, ensuring other requests and projects are completed to a high standard.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • IT skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work well under pressure, to strict deadlines
