Office Support Administrator / Resourcer RequiredStoke-on-Trent - ST1From £9.00 per hourImmediate Starts AvailableMaternity Cover (could lead to Permanent Role) Hours Of WorkMonday to Friday 08:30 -17:30 with an hours lunch break, some flexibility will be required from time to timeJob Details:- Manage and develop a busy reception area- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls- Ensuring compliance with right to work documentation- Making sure that all compliance is adhered in line with GDPR- Greet and manage all walk in enquiries from the public in a polite and professional manor- Entering data into an in-house CRM system- Continuous on the job training- Great career development opportunities- On site parking Experience Required:- Previous reception / administration experience required but not essential - Bi- Lingual skills ideally in Romanian / Polish- High accuracy and attention to detail - IT literate to include Microsoft office packages- Ability to remain professional under pressure- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills - Methodical mind-set- Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality- Full UK driving licence and own transport advantageous This job is commutable from the following areas, Hanley, Stoke on Trent, Longton, Fenton, Burslem, Tunstall, Meir, Newcastle under Lyme and surrounding areas.
