Office AdministratorTrenthamPermanent Opportunity £18k -23k Depending on experience Our client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Office Administrator to work in a successful publication and events company. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that values fresh ideas in an ever-changing environment.The Role: As the Office Administrator, you will be supporting the team in general administration functions, to assist in the continued development of administration processes, through an enthusiastic and proactive approach to working relationships with customers,sponsors and company colleagues.Carrying out all administration duties involved in event management including delegate registrations, confirmations, invoicing and receipts for online bookingsPrepare project files containing all relevant customer and sponsorship documentation to support the management teamAssisting with the planning and delivery of eventsAppropriately packaging any kit to be used at eventsAnswer and direct all inbound calls to the appropriate personCommunicating professionally and politely with customers by telephone, email correspondence and face to faceCarry out data cleansing when requiredOffer and assist the Directors of the business with general administration supportSkills and Attributes required: Strong communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to speak to a range of clients at different levelsIT Skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases - Salesforce experience is particularly desiredPrevious experience as an Administration Assistant or similar positionConfidence with communication; both verbally and written with a professional and compassionate demeanourAn accuracy and strong attention to detailDeveloped organisational, administrative and monitoring skillsIT Skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databasesDemonstrate an understanding of enthusiasm to help build and be part of a growing team and organisationCommitment to providing an excellent customer service with high standards of qualityAbility to organise and prioritise workloads through effective time managementFlexible and reliableAbility to use own initiative and work autonomouslySocial media marketing skillsThe Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm(Part-time hours considered)
